本機(jī)組是我廠在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上研究開(kāi)發(fā)的新產(chǎn)品，它集多功能提取、真空濃縮與溶劑回收為一體，簡(jiǎn)化了操作程序。同時(shí)由于整個(gè)提取濃縮與回收是在封閉的流體中進(jìn)行。因面避免了“跑”、“冒”、“漏”等現(xiàn)象，藥渣可采用電動(dòng)提升出料，改善工作環(huán)境，降低了能耗。機(jī)組與物料接觸部分全部采用不銹鋼制造，符合GMP要求。適用于醫(yī)院、藥廠、食品行業(yè)對(duì)***液、果汁等物質(zhì)的提取、濃縮以及有機(jī)溶媒的回收。
The machine-group is a new generation product on the base of introduction of the advantages of the foreign counterparts,integrating multiple-distillation,vacuum concentration and menstruum recycle,simplifying the operation procedure.Meanwhile the whole distillation,concentration and recycle is finished in the enclosed flow routine,avoiding the leakage energy consumption.The contact part of the concentrator and the material is made with the stainless steel,resistant to corrosion and meeting the standard of the GMP.The machine is suitable is suitable to distill and concentrate liquid of Chinese herbal medicine and syrup and recycle the organic menstruum.
